Pocantico Binder

Dear Participant,

Thank you for your support of the work of the RDP Collaborative. We look forward to joining with you for a stimulating work session at the Pocantico Conference Center in Tarrytown, NY.

In an effort to make the most of our time together at Pocantico, we ask that you complete a simple “homework” assignment which will enable you to engage in the work session the moment you arrive.

  • a. Attend Orientation: A lunch briefing will begin at the Pocantico Conference Center at noon on Wednesday, January 21. This will be a time for newcomers (and older members as well) to get up to speed as to where we are as a collaborative.
  • b. Read the Background Binder Packet: All the reading is important, but it is most important that you read the material in Tab 3 of the binder - RDP Collaborative Excerpts. If you time is limited, save the reading in Tab 4 (RDP Background Articles) for last.
  • c. Prepare Your RDP Introduction Story: You will find instructions for this part in Tab 2 of your binder.
  • d. Bring RDP Stuff to Share!: Bring any RDP related materials from your organization that you would like to share with the other participants.
